The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has strongly condemned Rev. Victor Kusi Boateng for allegedly attempting to mislead the people of Techiman with disparaging remarks about former President John Dramani Mahama. Apexnewsgh reports

According to Suleman Mohammed Mustapha, Bono East Regional Communications Officer for the NDC, Rev. Boateng criticized Mahama’s Christian virtues during his recent visit to Techiman. Mustapha denounced the remarks as “lies and deceit” aimed at influencing voters on religious grounds.

The NDC also questioned Rev. Boateng’s credibility due to alleged involvement in criminal activities, including “dual identity” and financial misconduct in the National Cathedral project.

Mustapha appealed to Ghanaians to ignore Rev. Boateng’s claims, emphasizing that Mahama’s leadership embodies “honesty, compassion, and integrity.”

The NDC reiterated its commitment to transparency and accountability, pledging to conduct a forensic audit into the alleged $58 million National Cathedral scandal if voted into power.
