The National Democratic Congress (NDC) youth wing has issued a stern warning to appointees in the incoming administration: humility is non-negotiable. Apexnewsgh reports
Osman Ayariga, Deputy National Youth Organizer, made it clear that the party’s youth will not tolerate arrogance or disrespect from those appointed to serve the nation.
Speaking at a mini rally at the El-Wak Stadium in Accra, Ayariga emphasized that appointees must remain humble, committed, and focused on serving Ghanaians.
He vowed that arrogant appointees would be removed from office before the appointing authority could reshuffle them. “We shall sack you from office even before H.E. John Dramani Mahama reshuffles you,” Ayariga warned.
The youth leader’s message was clear: if you want to be arrogant, set up your private business and run it, but not on the NDC’s watch.
This bold stance underscores the party’s commitment to accountability and servant leadership. As the NDC prepares to take the reins of power, its youth wing is drawing a line in the sand against arrogance and entitlement.
