The Independent National Electoral Commission has flouted the promise it made on uploading results of elections in different polling units across the country as they are sorted, counted and collated.
Mahmood added that with Bimodal Voter Accreditation System, the results would be uploaded on the portal as they come.
Meanwhile, as of 7:18 pm, a check by Apexnewsgh.com shows that no result has been uploaded yet on the INEC portal as promised Nigerians.
