During the inauguration of the 9th Parliament on January 7, Bagbin congratulated the MPs after administering the oath, emphasizing the crucial role they play in national development.
Bagbin appealed to the MPs to remain mindful of their duties and not take their offices lightly. “It is very important for you to keep uppermost in your mind the crucial role of political leadership in the process of national development,” he stated.
As the newly sworn-in leaders, Bagbin reminded them that they have a collective responsibility to develop Ghana, urging them to work together towards this goal.
