The assembly member for Longo Electoral of Area of the Kessena Nankana West in the Upper East Region Maxwell Akanuwe has once again performed his annual contribution to supporting all students in Kandiga with a lot of writing material ahead of their Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE). According to Mr. Akanuwe, this is an initiative he started in 2016 as a way of encouragement package to motivate the students as they are about starting their educational journey in life. When contacted Mr. Akanuwe, he said “On the 15th of November, 2021, I donated 25 bags of sachet water for the candidates, 6 packs of Voltic water for the Teachers ( invigilators), First-aid Box in case a student falls ill and Pens, Pencils, Erasers, Sharpeners and two nose masks for each of the 323 candidates”. Mr. Akanuwe told Apexnewsgh.com Meanwhile, According to Mr. Kassim Shahid, the School headmaster of Anisoore Junior High School in the Longo community of Kandiga in the Kessena Nankana West. He expressed satisfaction with the continuous support teachers and students have received so far from the Longo Electoral Area Assembly member Maxwell Akanuwe. “I want to extend my profound gratitude to the Assembly member for Longo Electoral Area Mr. Maxwell for his donation. He has been good to us on many occasions. When our candidates were preparing themselves for the BECE exam, he was able to organize independent questions for the students and it actually helped them a lot, the questions were standard for all the subjects and after that, he did some donations and even the teachers who were there, he motivated us just to keep us up and doing for the students and I think, such donations will go a long way to help the students. He has been very kind and good to us”. “Mostly, he comes to give us special speeches. On the final day, he came and stood with the students and admonished them to be disciplined in the exam center and put up their best. He also encourages students to do away with fears and go into the exam with confidence and after which, he stood with them and they prayed together and I think, we will forever remember him in our prayers”. The headmaster concluded. Apexnewsgh.com/Ghana/Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen Please contact Apexnewsgh.com on email apexnewsgh@gmail.com for your credible news publications. Contact: 05555568093
