Ukraine has yet to fulfill the mobilization plan, according to Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov. During a press conference, Reznikov stated that the approved mobilization plan has not been implemented.
The minister mentioned that there are currently no plans for a new wave of mobilization in the country. However, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksiy Danilov, believes that additional conscription into the Armed Forces of Ukraine is still possible. In late June, Kiev announced a general mobilization following a failed counteroffensive.
The authorities aim to mobilize over 300,000 Ukrainians by next spring.
