Upper East GJA set to dismantle communication team of the two main political parties in a friendly game on Wednesday

The Upper East Regional branch of the Ghana Journalist Association (GJA) is yet to make huge sporting history in the region.

The target for the friendly football game between the two mouthpieces of two main political parties is to show them good football skills by way of beating Peter Ayinbisa and Abdallah Salifu team both technically and tactically in the field of play.

The friendly football match is organized ahead of its second edition of awards. The match will be played between the GJA and a combined team of communicators from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

The match is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at the Bolgatanga Mobil Astroturf at 4 p.m. Both media practitioners and politicians will showcase their skills and tactics in this highly anticipated game.

Information reaching Apexnewsgh.com has it that Abdallah Salifu and Peter Ayinbisa as communication heads of the two main political parties has started training for the first since the announcement of the friendly game.

We are also learning that, the two main political parties are seriously uniting themselves and seriously planning strategies to emerge victorious after friendly game on Wednesday.

However, the GJA members in the region are not moved with all their sporting threats, because they all know party communicator only play football with their mouth on radio alone.

The GJA invites the general public to come and enjoy an exciting football match. Additionally, the 2nd Upper East Regional GJA Awards program, themed “Safeguarding the Peace and Security of the Upper East Region: The Role of the Media,” will be held at GNAT Hall, Bolgatanga, at 6 p.m.
