The office of the Electoral Commission in the Fomena constituency is up in flames.
It is unclear what caused the incident but reports suggest it happened at the time the youth in the area were very agitated.
JoyNews correspondent Nana Yaw Gyimah reports that the youth had attempted to enter the coalition centre because they had received information the EC was about to declare the results.
“It took the intervention of the security officers at post to prevent the entry,” he says.
