The former President John Dramani Mahama has suspended his 6 days campaign tour to Ashanti Region.
The urgent decision came as a result of the sudden death news of the founder of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Jerry John Rawlings who reported dead after a short illness.
The former President Mahama as a sign of respect to the statesman believes he and the party will not have the heart to campaign further at the moment following the passing of the party founder.
