Ayorkor Botchwey emphasized the importance of youth engagement in governance, stressing that their concerns and aspirations must be addressed in policy-making to foster inclusive governance.
The Minister also discussed her candidacy for Commonwealth Secretary-General, outlining a transformational agenda to address contemporary challenges like economic stagnation, inequality, youth unemployment, climate disasters, and threats to democracy and human rights.
During her visit, she interacted with resident High Commissioners and Ambassadors in Malaysia.
