In formation reaching Apexnewsgh.com has it that, a hardened criminal doing four years at the Navrongo central prison for robbery and fraud, has reportedly escaped from custody.
Sources within the facility said the inmate absconded while out at a washing bay within the Navrongo township doing his penal labour.
A manhunt has since been launched to apprehend him.
