The New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Upper East Region has officially kicked off its campaign for the upcoming 2024 elections with the launch of its campaign team. The inauguration ceremony, held at the GNAT HALL in the regional capital, was attended by party faithful, supporters, and officials, all eager to propel the NPP to victory. Apexnewsgh reports
During the ceremony, Regional Chairman Anthony Anamoo took centre stage and spoke passionately about the party’s goals and commitment to bringing development that benefits all Ghanaians. He highlighted the selection process for the campaign team, which comprises about 40 members carefully chosen to represent different zones and constituencies within the region.
Lawyer Anamoo emphasized the inclusive nature of the campaign team, ensuring that all constituencies were duly represented. He also stressed the importance of active participation from all team members to ensure a successful campaign.
The Chairman showcased the NPP’s track record in governance, citing various initiatives and projects that have improved the lives of citizens across the country. He expressed confidence in the leadership of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and the campaign team’s ability to secure victory in the upcoming elections.
Meanwhile, NPP Campaign Manager Mr. Frederick Opare Ansah praised the organization of the Upper East Region’s campaign team, calling it the best he has seen so far. He urged party members to remain united and not fall for any instigation by the opposition party.
The inauguration ceremony concluded on a high note, with supporters rallying behind the NPP’s mission to create a brighter future for all Ghanaians.
