It appears the Nigerian Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), a notorious Nigerian police unit that has been the target of nationwide protests, were not only experts in brutalizing citizens but also experts in separating love by forcefully taking away girls from their lovely boyfriends.
This was revealed in Uyo the state capital of Akwa Ibom, in the South South of Nigeria during citizen’s protest of against SARS.
In recent times, the unnecessary use of force by the police in response to the protests has shown the longstanding disrespect for the right to life by Nigerian security forces.
In one of the pictures on social media captured by Apexnewsgh.com, a young man in his early 20s was seen with a placard protesting against SARS for taking away his girl friend from him forcefully without any offence committed as a patriotic citizen of Nigeria.
