Jonathan Abdallah Salifu has won the Upper East Regional Communication’s Officer position for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Mr. Salifu gave his contenders massive gap in terms of the accumulated vote counts.
However, this is the second attempt from Mr. Salifu as far as the said position is concerned.
During the last election, he was beaten by Saeed Ahmed Tijani with just single vote.
