In a heartwarming gesture of support for education, Lawyer Anthony Namoo, the Regional Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), recently delivered a brand-new pickup truck to Kongo Senior High School. Apexnewsgh reports 
This generous gift was presented on behalf of the Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, who had made a promise during his visit to the Nabdam Constituency on July 28th.
During that visit, Dr. Bawumia took the time to connect with the students of Kongo SHS, who are located in Pelingu Nabdam District of the Upper East Region.
As he walked through the streets of Pelingu, the Vice President emphasized the importance of education and committed to providing resources to enhance the learning experience for the students.
Now, with the arrival of the pickup, the school community is one step closer to achieving its goals, thanks to the Vice President’s promise being fulfilled by Lawyer Namoo. This act not only strengthens the bond between the government and the educational institutions but also inspires the students to strive for excellence.
Meanwhile, after receiving the donation, the headmaster and management of the Kongo Senior High School could not hide their excitement. They further extended their gratitude and appreciation to the Vice President through the Upper East Regional party chairman.
