Election of MMDCEs: The President emphasized the need for reforms in the election of Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Chief Executives.
Emoluments of Article 71 office holders: He called for a review of the emoluments of Article 71 office holders, which has been a contentious issue in Ghana’s governance.
